About the role
Join a green‑field engineering squad designing smart‑contract rails for a high‑throughput, regulated crypto‑payments platform that operates across multiple chains. You will own the Solidity codebase, security posture, and upgrade path for core contracts that handle asset custody, compliance hooks, and cross‑chain value transfer.
Responsibilities
- Architect, implement, and maintain upgradeable Solidity contracts (ERC‑20/721/1155 variants).
- Design compliance and risk‑mitigation modules (e.g., address screening, rate limits).
- Integrate third‑party messaging/oracle frameworks for cross‑chain transfers (to be revealed later).
- Write comprehensive unit, fuzz, and invariant tests (Foundry/Hardhat).
- Prepare code for external security audits and remediate findings.
- Participate in code reviews, mentor peers, and contribute to technical documentation.
- Assist DevOps with monitoring and incident response for on‑chain events
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional Solidity development with production mainnet contracts.
- Deep understanding of proxy patterns, storage layout, reentrancy, and other DeFi attack vectors.
- Familiarity with at least one cross‑chain messaging or bridging stack.
- Strong testing discipline and experience with automated auditing tools.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Russian and English.
Nice‑to‑have
- Knowledge of advanced scripting primitives (e.g., hashed timelocks, covenants).
- Exposure to stable‑coin or payment‑token flows.
- Previous experience integrating price‑oracle feeds.
