Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend services using Go.
Participate in architectural design and improve existing solutions.
Optimize the performance and stability of exchange-related services under volatile market conditions.
Contribute to architectural discussions, planning, and decision-making.
Write, debug, test, and optimize high-quality code.
Ensure high availability, resiliency, and robustness of backend systems.
Requirements
3+ years of production experience in backend development with Go.
Solid background in taking services from requirements to production deployment.
Strong understanding of asynchronous/event-driven and concurrent programming.
Experience working with high-load, distributed systems.
Confident knowledge of PostgreSQL.
Practical experience with Kafka.
Interest in blockchain topics such as proof-of-stake, consensus algorithms, decentralized exchanges, public-key cryptography, and related technologies.
