About the Role

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to strengthen our technical infrastructure team.
This role combines production support (70%) and R&D / automation (30%) — ensuring our systems are reliable, fast, and scalable.

You will work closely with backend and product teams, handle production incidents, and continuously improve CI/CD, observability, and deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve production infrastructure for high-load trading systems.

  • Develop automation for monitoring, alerting, and infrastructure provisioning.

  • Troubleshoot incidents and resolve issues under time constraints.

  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to enhance reliability and performance.

  • Participate in on-call rotations for production support.

  • Drive innovation through R&D initiatives and process optimization.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, AKS, etc.)

  • 2+ years with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, or similar)

  • Strong grasp of at least 60% of our stack or equivalent technologies

  • Proven ability to investigate incidents and design stable solutions

  • Readiness to participate in on-call rotations when needed

  • Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP is a plus

  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor) for automation, documentation, and research
