About the Role: Crypto Listings Manager

Tothemoon  is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Crypto Listings Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for actively sourcing and evaluating tokens for listing on our exchange, negotiating deals, and managing a team of listing agents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively search for promising tokens to list on Tothemoon.

• Conduct negotiations with token projects and finalize listing agreements.

• Lead, train, and supervise a team of Listings Agents to ensure effective performance and professional development.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline the listing process.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities.

• Maintain strong relationships with project teams and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in crypto token listings is a must.

• Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
