At Tothemoon we’re building a new type of Launchpad. Our Launchpad allows any user to create a token and grow its capitalisation through content, audience, and engagement — turning attention into trading activity.This is not a traditional token launch platform. It’s a creator-driven growth engine, where success is defined by audience traction, engagement, and trading volume.We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can take this model and scale it into a high-performing acquisition and monetisation engine. 


What you’ll be responsible for

Growth & monetisation

  • Own the core revenue driver: trading commissions generated by Launchpad tokens
  • Increase trading volume
  • Build and optimise the core loop:
    token creation → audience growth → engagement → trading → revenue

User acquisition (creators & participants)

  • Drive acquisition across both sides of the ecosystem:
    • creators (token issuers, content-driven users)
    • participants (traders, followers, communities)
  • Scale channels: KOLs, affiliates, communities, partnerships, paid and organic
  • Build growth loops and viral mechanics to support organic expansion

Go-to-market & campaigns

  • Lead go-to-market strategy for Launchpad and key token launches
  • Design high-conversion launch mechanics (early access, discovery, social hype, incentives)
  • Ensure each launch maximises attention, participation, and trading activity

Funnel & performance optimisation

  • Own the full funnel:
    Awareness → token creation / participation → trading → retention
  • Identify drop-offs and improve conversion across all stages
  • Turn user engagement into measurable trading behaviour

Positioning & messaging

  • Define and evolve Launchpad positioning as a content-driven token growth platform
  • Translate complex mechanics into clear, compelling, high-converting messaging
  • Ensure consistency across all user touchpoints


What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years in product marketing, growth, or go-to-market roles
  • Experience in crypto, trading, or fintech 
  • Strong understanding of user behaviour, funnels, and growth mechanics
  • Ability to combine creativity (campaigns, messaging) with data (metrics, experiments)
  • Experience with creator ecosystems, marketplaces, or community-driven products is a plus
